Hello all,

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I'd like to announce that my Wizardry site has been updated:

Hi there fellow Wizards,

A few more updates have been added to the site. There's now plots, item lists, maps, and walkthoughs for 1-7, and mosters and spells for 1-5.

Comments still welcome!

Yours,
John Hubbard

ps. I also added my pride and joy in a secret page...

I just went to your NEW & IMPROVED site and I couldn't find your secret page. But I don't think that I was mean't to find it--hence the secret part. LOL

By the way, I love your signature. Is that a representation of one of your favorite major characters?

That is what mine is and I am constantly looking for new and different pictures to address what I think "Lady Adrexia" is to me.

Now I am getting deep. Love the graphic, don't change it. I need to work on my webpage and I was thinking of having one of my pages be totally about Wizardry. Not to worry, it won't be as developed as yours.

Adrexia -

Thanks much! Ever since Yahoo? sent me a form letter stating that my site wasn't up to their standards (for a laugh, check their listings, as opposed to the open directory) it's been a breath of fresh air to hear from any visitors – and to know that my work was worthwhile.

The picture is of Hawkwind. The final battle in Wizardry IV is one of my most memorable gaming experiences. By the time I entered the temple I was so immersed in the role that I could easily picture the silent disdain held between Werdna and Hawkwind (similar to the final battle with Verminaard in the first Dragonlance book, or the chilling faceoff with Darth Maul in Phantom Menace). Plus, believe it or not, the picture is adapted from an actual screenshot! I swiped it from one of my Eastern brothers while doing some data recon for the site update (there’s also a new La-La Moo Moo pic on my "Credits" page). Although I can’t read Japanese, from what I can tell there’s a wealth of Japanese Wizardry stuff out there (possibly helped by Robert Woodhead’s Japanese connections), even including trading cards (yep, gotta catch them all!).

As for the "secret" page, since I did spend some time on it, I will of course give the URL to anyone who flat out asks for it. But in the meantime, there’s a hint as to its location within the "General > About TK421" page on the site:

Enjoyed your site and the "secret" page.

I'm sure I'll be back again.

Oh well, it must be me...

I have spent two days trying to find your SECRET PAGE. It must be my old age, because I am totally stumped.

A better hint, if you mind, dear sir. And you all better quit sniggering at me, I hear you. Knock it off you guys.

Maybe it is the fact that I have a small child and that I just cannot see the trees through the forest.

HELP, I am lost and want to see the "secret page"!!!

Well, for the truly impaired or just plain lazy, the URL is shown below (it *is* a public site, after all )
