I could not believe the lack of hoopla that this (the real millenium year) received ... it was liek, oh yeah, another new year, blah
Well, on a brighter note, it brings our (almost) first year to a close (this whole thing - our forum - got underway sometime *last* January).
I really had no idea what I was doing, just thought something needed to be done .... and it has realaly turned out well.
Thanks to all who participate (and those that just read - I know who you are ... *just kidding* ) and a very happy new year.

...to once again hit the nail on the head. (Which is a lot more pleasant that hitting your head on....but I digress...)
This. not last year, is the start of the new millennium. (And, some would say, the last millennium...unfortunate news to those among us waiting for Wiz 8...) Of course not much hype except in charismatic Christian circles, due to last year's Y2K fiasco.
Wish all much happiness/many blessings/lot'a turkey and football!

Vick is a great QB. How'd they manage to lose a game this year...I mean last year...?

They put Vick in even though he was injured. They put too much emphasis on him for that game and not enough on the team. The team played really well against Miami when Vick wasn't playing. Maybe they were paying too much attention to protecting their injured QB instead of to getting the job done. Seemed that way to me anyway. Glad to see Vick healthy and having no problems with his ankles today. Good game (for Tech fans )
