i have gotten to the lost city (undrwater city) and i got like two more places to go too before im finish but i need underwater helms to go to the city and thoose are suppose to be bought in the shipyard store and yes you can buy ONE! but only one and i cant finish the game with only one character alive (the other ones has drowned) so if soomeone got any tips please mail me!

This isn't a bug dearie.
You have to go and kill the Crab of the Seas which are underwater. You get two helms for every three shells you bring back...you must pay for them.
