Happy Halloween everyone.Trick or Treaters are down a bit this year. As of 8:00 pm (pacific) we have had 275 kids come by.

Enlighten this Northwestener please??We ended up with 289 kids. About 20 less than last year.

Next door to an orhpanage :? We had all of about 20, maybe 30 this year (after moving to the country).

The weather, most often, is miserable this time of year. Tonight is no exception. Keeps the traffic down a bit. I think we had about 350 kids a couple of years ago. Didn't even bother shutting the door. Just sit in a chair next to a bowl of candy in the doorway and watch the parade of monsters and ghouls come and go.

last night was my first halloween in my new home - the first halloween ever where i was responsible for buying candy and handing it out - and i got ONE KID! ONE!!! if i knew i was only going to get ONE KID, i would have given him ALL THE CANDY! alas, he only got two, and i have a few hundred grams of fat and sugar that need to be disposed of.

Now you have all this candy for a pure sugar high, allowing you hours more play than everyone else's Plain old Wizardy 8 high - once it comes out.
