Every time I tried to read the Ferryman's mind the game would crash. This happened to me on BOTH the PC AND the Mac versions. I sent an email to Sirtech about it, but they just told me to make sure I had the latest version. The game still was great though, even in black and white.

I'm sorry that I don't have a real reply to your question, but in the message it says that you sent an email to Sir-Tech about your problem. Well, I have a little problem with the game of my own, and since after I left it on this message board and got no reply that's yet helped me, I was wondering if you could give me the email address at Sir-Tech that you sent your problem to so maybe I can get some answers. Hopefully this will be helpfull, though I am no longer sure if they still support the older games.

You might try Sir-Tech's Wizardry 8 website @ www.wizardry8.com and click on Tech Support. While they are supporting Wiz 8 they may be able to help you or point you in the right direction.
