About a year and a half ago I started playing W8 on my new (Vista OS) lap top. I don't recall having any problems installing the program.

My daughter wants to play on her new Vista lap top now and for the life of me I can't get the install to fire.

I click on auto run, I click on install.... wait 5 seconds and .....nothing. No lockup, no freeze. The install just does not fire. I have the compatibility set for W XP SP2 just like I do for my Vista machine.

Any help out there??

I know it was one of those, "Oh. Oh yeah, duh... " moments that you check off and not think about again because it was so simple.

My daughter wants to play W8 again. She stuck in disk 3 and we couldn't get the game to fire. So we uninstalled the game and now we can't get the game to install. Great. can't remember what I did last time.
