"Portrait Editor problem"

Posted by Savant (Guest) on Jun-20-06 at 08:44 AM
I downloaded a Portrait Editor for wizarry 8 (if you want to donwload it the link is... http://www.geocities.com/grieversnr/)

anyway it lets you replace any portraits in the game, and you have to alter the image for mouth movements and so on.

But the problem I had is that they are all TGA files, and i have no idea how to create a TGA File.

Any help on how to make on would be useful.

TGA - Targa image. Photoshop can handle this (which is what I used). I imagine that GIMP - which is Open Source and therefore free - should be able to as well, with the correct plugin installed.

GIMP: http://www.gimp.org/
TGA plugin: http://registry.gimp.org/plugin?id=237

Knock yourself out.

The Portrait editor functions optimally!

But I have another problem.

Hello madgod

I did not announce myself for a long time any longer.
A problem arose!
If one uses the Portrait editor, then he stores a file in the file Patches with the identification PATCH.010!
If one starts your editor now, then the German Patch is ignored!!! It functions only to English.
If one removes the Portrait Patch, then everything is again correct.
Do you have a solution?

Under the URL know you you the Portrait editor Download. English a Readme participates!

Download Irfanview, a free image creator/editor. I used it to make good ol' Samurai Jack!
