Ok, I just finished the initation trials and after talking to Al-(something) ,he tells me I am supposed use the altar above/below him. Problem is that I can't open the gate (I need an item for the lock which I never got). I've been trying to complite the game without using spoilers, but nothing works there. Am I supposed to get the "item" for the gate somewhere else (not in the main rapax castle, because I still haven't explored the celler and upper castle), or am I missing something very obvius?

Did you sneak in anywhere? Get past guards by using combat run? I hear there's a place in Rapax Castle where you get the key off a guard, but you'll have to slay him. Got this from a walkthrough, I have no idea, and I haven't reached that place.

Al-Adryan (or Al-Adrian ?) is the one that puts you on the initiation path. After comleting it (and getting the three items) you will want to open the gate "above" him .... if he doesn't give you what you need, I think it is right by the gate.

I say "above" ... because that is a matter of perspective ... if you come up the stairs take a left, another left at the corner, then go past where you turn to Al-Adryan's, it is the next right.

I believe the item you need is the (highlight the rest of this line for the answer): Initiate Badge

Nobody gives you what you need there, it's on the little pedestal on the way to where you got the Canezou outfit.

I can't bolive I got this far without being stuck and than I missed something so obvius (I swear i went thru that hallway at least five times looking for it) , unbolivable. Anyway thanks guys, can't wait to continue the game.
