My person was eaten, now i can't ressurect her, do i have to restart my fight?? or can i get it back?

Was she swallowed? Does she have a ? icon next to her picture ?

If so, you need to find what ate her and kill it. Then resurrect the half-digested remains. I don't remember the soul eater actually swallowing anybody. Did swallowers show up during the battle ?

no no swallowers were there jsut teh soul eater, there was a ? by her, now she's jsut dead. and i can't resurect her. and i do have enough spell points

What icons are in little circle if not? did youkill the beast

When someone in your party is missing (swallowed, kidnapped or otherwise) they will get the question mark (?) icon, until they are back in your party.

To get them back ....
Swallowed: Kill whatever swallowed them
Kidnapped: find their kidnapper (and kill him or do what he asks)
Otherwise: wait a day

I believe under the swallowed category, their health diminishes as they are being digested, so they will die if you don't kill the beast that swallowed them soon enough. If so, then once the question mark is gone, then you can resurrect them.

so see theres a skull next to her, and when i click on it there is also an unconscience sign, she has 1 life and one stamina though all with a skull. again this was when i killed the souleater.

Try curing the other maladies (unconscious, etc.), then resurrect. If that doesn't work, go back to your previous save.
