I am trying Flame's mod for the first time. I notice that all my party items are reported as 'Gadgeteer Level: Cursed Status'. I CAN remove them though but all have this label.
What's up? Any ideas?

I've never heard of that, maybe you got a corruption in the process of downloading/intalling; try all that again.

I'd been using the No-Cd crack to run the game. I went back to the original .exe to run the game but crashed upon trying to save or load any games! Hehe.
I had to uninstall the 2 saved games made with the no-cd crack and all was fine using the original .exe with disk.
Bizarre!
Now, the items appear normally.....
I still don't understand why a no-cd crack .exe would do this. I never had this problem before installing the mod,
