I'm probably not the first to encounter this, but haven't seen it, so here goes:

When a drained character dies, DO NOT drink from the pools that cures the condition while he/she is still dead. If you do, they recover some hitpoints, but are otherwise still dead - and in that condition (undead?) you can't resurrect them. At least I couldn't. I reloaded in disgust - but perhaps I could have killed her again in the wreck-fire or something.
