Does game difficulty affects only the battles?? I would like to hear that in direct way there's no influence of it to skills improvement, items generation (e.g. better things at highier level) etc.

As far as I know, only battles.

Difficulty level does affect skill development in the sense that the higher the level the longer the battle and therefore more skills are developed in that battle.

as well as your chance to hit the monsters, and there ability to hit you, at least in theory, but aside from this, the skill building is a side effect of more attacks needed. you will be using more Arrows and stones at higher difficulty levels, but if you look at amount of ammo versus skill increases, it's a tad less, due to all the misses, and goes faster, since you get more monsters per battle. a tradeoff of Ammo usage versus time (longer individual battles, but shorter overall skill building time)
