Well I mean I know it's right... I guess it just doesn't seem like something like this posted here without any kind of intro just seemed wrong to me. I work in Public Video Rental (AKA a Library) and the old Zatoichi movies from the 60's and 70's are so popular they circulate once or twice and then we never see them again. But short and to the point, I was just thrown for a loop because the post was off-topic, and even wierder being that it was from a regular like rbrown.

I stumbled across it in our local "news" paper site (San Diego talk radio listeners will understand the quotes) and I had to share it before everyone else posted to announce the movie. I forgot to add a line mentioning the San Diego Union and Tribune.

It's def right, I saw the movie a few months ago in Russia (it's actually older than that) and it's hilarious. We miss a lot of great, strange movies here in north america just 'cause we demand huge budgets and production and can't just enjoy a fun movie, just 'cause the writing might not be top notch.
