"Playing the Game"

Well, I bought a Wizardry 8 game off of eBay. Retail box, 3 CDs, version 1.2.4, etc... but after install when I click icon to play it requests the correct CD, NONE of the work. If I put the #1 CD in the installer screen comes up and I select to play but again it is asking for the correct CD.

Could someone tell me how I can now play this game...heheheh ... please. Thanks!

Yeap I found that info on the net. The manual is on the disk but doesnt mention that, at least I didnt see it.

MANY thanks for your response.

Im surprised that there is still some interest in these single player RPG games. I dont think any will be made anymore, all are going to online games, multi player. Iam a BIG time Everquest fan but return to these for a break...smile. Tomorrow I should be getting a game I have wanted for some time "might & magic 9"

I have never played online, I'm not in a position to do so. If Wiz 9 came out on-line / multiplayer I would read the boards but not participate.

Quite the opposite, of late many non on-line CRPGs been released, just look at Morrowind and the Gothic series to name just two. You should check out http://www.rpgdot.com which has news and reviews of all things RPG.
