Anyone know where I can find the Wiz 7 character creation algorithm changer?

I can't seem to find it anywhere..

OK, I got half of that ... Wiz 7 forum back in business.

Regarding the algorithm changer, in my best Inigo Montoya voice, "There I can no help you".
