I've read that the UWA version of wiz 1 has this bug, but does the UWA version of 3 have it also?

It is a few year's back that I've played Wiz3 (UWA), but as far as I remember: Yes Wiz3 also has the levelling bug (attributes are rising / falling randomly when levelling).
