I bought the Wizardry Gold set and am setting about reliving my Apple II/e years. Is there any way to make a back-up copy of my Wiz 1 characters? When I start the game, if I ask to make a new start-up disk it threatens to overwrite the current one.

I wrote a batch file that copied off the save game file (something .dsk I think), then started the game.
