Is there anything special about the Dagger of Speed? I know it can only be used by mages, but it raises my mage's AC to 10 when I equip it! Does anyone know if it does anything special to make up for the gain in AC (such as making your mage faster?)

You get seven attacks at -1 to hit for 1d4 damage each.
