go a young thief that is just not having any luck. status is ashes. I try to rea at the temple, and keeps getting the will bu buried msg. So O go back to my saved game (cleric had failed on a DI before save unfortunately) and try again, no luck. the dhar is not too old, had vitality 9 and luck 18. ANy ideas why the temple keeps failing?

Not too old... how old, if he's 30 or more you chances are getting smaller, also 9 vitality is getting low, also I have experienced that after a failed DI the character was more prone to turn to ashes and be lost forever. Coincidence? I don't know. Just my 2 cents for playing the game for a long, long time.
