Infernal Horn - Lower Rapax Castle (room below Templar area)
Frigid Fiddle - Umpani Caves - unexplored sector
Dulcimer of Mending - Umpni house, Marten's Bluff (hidden, where you enter from lower Marten's Bluff and fight Rebel Spirits)

Banshee's Howl - Hogar cave in NW Wilderness
Chaos Drone - Gazebo, SW Wilderness
Rennaisance Lute - Sea Caves, Marten's Chest (the one with the Hunter's Bow)
Hades Harp - Rapax Rift (one of the Priestess'/Initiate's rooms, I think)
