Okay, enough Sparkle-bashing. Surely there are people out there who like things about her?

I _love_ the way she says "You missed!!!" when a monster almost makes contact.

Her positive energy is cute for a little while. She evokes a grin or two. But she rapidly becomes wearing.

I guess I am one of the few who like Sparkle. I try to
take her for a while in all my games. At least up to
killing the breeders.

I took Sparkle for a bit last time around and all I could think of is "If she's a girl, why doesn't she have a top on? Is she some kind of Tryine slut or something?" In the end I let her go after only a few levels. My chaotic ninja doesn't play well with others and I'm sure he would have had her for lunch soon anyway.
As a side note, I don't know how many times I've played through the game but for some reason I've never used this chaotic voice before. He's my favorite now. I'm using just a ninja and a bishop and when she dies I love the way he says "She was a Saint, a Saint!" And then "Welcome to Armageddon! <insert twisted laugh>

I had kind of the same thought and just thought all Trynnie had high-pitched voices. When I was first playing this game, my son was about 4 years old and loved to watch. One day I said "him" referring to Sparkle, and he said "No Dad, that is a girl". I corrected him (forgetting for a moment who was smarter), then right clicked and found out

There have been a few things he has corrected me on in the game like that ... kids

The way she killed that really annoying proselytizing Anselm last night with a single arrow shot (a Shrike Arrow yet). If you can stand her long enough to get her up to L20, she's a powerful force.

I like her. I think she's really cute, and she provides a lot of energy for the team. She reminds me of my little sister about three or four years ago.
