I am trying to find the General. I have my level 5 security pass and am trying to find the General to get my next quest - to find the missing troopers. I am at the service panel and have gone to the 4 way and he is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me out. Thank you.

He he No wonder you cant find him, its SERGENT Rubble you are looking for, from the training jukebox (the one with broken wires) go west then north, there you should find Sergent Rubble and some scuba gear
BTW remember to use your level 5 card at the jukebox
