"ascension help! - where is bela?"

Did I do something wrong? I've deactivated the bomb, blown the savant ship, and placed all 3 artifacts in their shrines at the ascension peak. But I can't find Bela. There are 4 roads, 1 leading to the entrance to the ascension peak, the other 3 pointed to by the 3 statues - higardi, trynnie, rapax. I've retracked all the 4 paths but can't find anything except more monsters. Any help? I also can't help but notice that the fire on the statues' hand have been extinguished - they were lit when i finished the respective shrines.

Should be at the entrance to the cosmic circle. Once you get close enough he (and the DS should show up ... or already be there).

It is almost dead north of the place you are teleported to after placing each item in the Temple.

Head to where you faced the Rapax Army and head NE from there. It is a back and forth road, yet all the while, you will be traveling north.

I have nowhere to go after I have put in all 3 artifacts at the altar.... I can't find Bela or the cosmic circle.. I was thinking I might have screw up the story line.. I went to the wilderness clearing after putting in the artifacts.. But I DID NOT see any Rapax camp.. there's no king nor queen there. As for the Prince, think I killed him while I'm on the way to putting one of the Dominus.
