Hmm That was a little short and unclear, but I guess you mean the teleporter to the Savant tower? ;) in the King's chamber, the one with animals heads on the wall, on the one of the walls, think it is the east one, there is a keyhole, use the kings key there, and the slap that are leaning op against the wall will swing aside and voila there is your teleporter
