When I entered Byjin, Vi left my party and said to meet her at Arnike in He'le.

I am back in Arnika looking for her, but she is nowhere to be found.

Where is she?

She is not there, not in the whole joint.

Here's something to try. Cast X-ray. Then investigate the statue of Phoonzang in the town square. Do you see a green dot in the statue on your automap? Well, that's probably Vi right there. The solution is too email your saved game to the folks at Sir-Tech or wait for a patch.

Hmmm I have a better solution and it works, first you CAN drag evryone evrythere, but you need 2 who can cast the 2 teleports spell Set Portal and Return to Portal, for the water caves, teleport back to Arnika and dismiss Domina in pub, (that is the safest place there you can dismiss her AND the android, both will follow you to the grande finale (without complaining), so its wort to build them up), teleport back to the water cave, enter, set a new teleport, teleport back to Arnika and pick Domina up, and teleport back to the water caves.

Second : If you dont wanna drag Domina or the android, but want them back later, its safest to dismis them in pub in Arnika, so get someone working on these teleports spell ;)

Domina or any other character dragged this way, WILL complain a lot, and gets -20 to all main stats, but she will be worth it, you will thank yourself later for builing her up, then you get to The Ascention Peak.

BTW if you enter The Ascention peak at the mountain path, you will proberly need to install the patch
