The Rapax have blocked it with a rockslide.

I've done every Umpani quest (except where I'm supposed to meet them on A.P.), killed off all the T'rang (even Z'ant...oops), I'm a Templar, killed al-sedexus, and I've got all 3 artifacts. I've disarmed the Black Tower, but Bela won't acknowledge that.

I'm currently in the wilderness clearing, I've spoken with each of the prisoners, but they won't talk to me anymore, and I can't hostile them. I've opened the Queen's door, but she won't leave.

Stuck.

there is a teleporter to the peak in the Rapax Castle.
