I know that u need idol for locked door with shaman behind. U need ratt key for the breeders door. And the jail thingy with chest inside is later in the game. But there is one more door that needs a item. What is it??

The one with a blue indentation? It needs a blue object to match (which is found fairly nearby).

you gotta talk to the shaman before the idol opens that other door. so thats what the blue area is for, plus it has a special thingie so that you can prevent critters from spawning all over the place.

Nope...not the door that uses the blue marble. it's on rattin tree. anyone knows?

As I remember you need 4 "keys" in total, the blue marble for the 4 bough, rats key to kill the rats, Idol, to see the Shaman, and last the key you get from the Shaman, its used to enter a room there you can drop down and get the hem of Serenity

oh yeeeehhhhh! the key of serenity. that's after you do marten's bluff, as you need to answer a special question by the shaman. which, of course, is hidden in marten's bluff.
