How do I get the king to talk to me? He just tells me to leave. I went to Ferro and he told me the king wanted to see me, but he still won't talk to me. There are way too many fights if you're not a Templar. Thanks.

I found that my reputation seemed to proceed me when I got to the king, having been initiated (and I don't think I killed al-sedexus). Not sure if it is/was charm or communication skill or ... Tools for Wizardry(r) 7

I went before and after I became a Templar-same result. My communications skills are high. Won't let me use charm or mindread.
