I guess I have to go there to disable the bomb in the tower, but just because it's the only place I haven't explored. Is there anyone in the game who tells where to go to get into the tower? The only mention of rapax I've managed to find so far just say Rapax and Savant are allied... is this the only hint?

A few NPCs give some hints about the Rapax; perhaps the most notable is Braffit in Arnika. But they only do that after certain certain events have taken place, so if you don't go back to them, you may not get the information.
