As I enter Marten's bluff Myles tells me that he won't be joining me. How do I get him to enter or how do I get another NPC to take his place? And speaking of another NPC where is the Rapax that Crock mentions is wandering around? I have purchased the perfume but I can't seem to use it? Am I missing something here?
