No, all casters get one a round, regardless of speed.

i think senses influence how fast your mage casts the spell
speed is for defence purpose

speed does influence initiative, which determines when you attack in combat. In other words, if you're fighting monsters with speed of 89, and you have speed of 56, they will all get to go before you.

No, speed also greatly affects your initiative, as well as providing a bonus to your AC.
Speed is important to casters. Getting your defensive spells off early in the the rounnd can mean the difference between victory and death.

a thanks. never figured out that because my ranger was always the first who made something in combat with senses 100.
