I am training my priest to be a bishop. At what level should I switch? After I max piety and become a bishop, should I worry about intelligence for power casting? If not, should I max speed for initiative or vitality for hit points.

Also, as far as rangers go, I am going to max. my ranger's senses. Any other suggestions? I thought of putting int. up for power casting and more criticals. He sits in the back and shoots arrows. Is speed helpful? If I want more ranged criticals, should I put up anything other than int. and senses?

Since they affects # of attacks and attacks per hit, may be that may give you more arrows per round (thus increasing the chance of a Crit).
