Bela asks us to disarm a bomb in the tower in Arnika. So I port back there,and walk around and around it. I can't yet find a way in... hmmmmHow do I disarm the bomb? / How do I get in the Tower?
I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere yet????
BTW, I am loyal to Z'ant...

there is a teleporter in the rapax castle behind a secret passage. this teleporter brings you into the tower and there you can disarm it

As usual for many, including myself...
We ask questions, the answer for which is, "Just wait you'll get to the right place, and find the answer in due time. Be patient and continue to work your way through the game. You're not supposed to do that yet."LOL ...caught myself doing it again.

You never know if you just missed something obvious or have yet to get to the right spot. Just part of the fun
