i just got the rocket launcher from Sgt "rubble"
he told me to meet him att Cov Ops but that door is closed, is this a bug or what??yes i shot down the dummies....

you have to get back to the training console and use your highest level security clearance car.

i ju st got the third lvl security card, and that will only open the gunnery doors....

This is the bug!
After talking with Rubble *don't shot the dummies*, but head immediately to covert ops. Door is open and sgt is here!
