-I really need some help...
-In my second time around (my computer crashed before I could beat the game my first time), I killed Rattus after accepting his bank job. Now, I realize that my rating with the Rattkin Razuka is horrendous and Milano and the Don attack me when they see me.
-Is there any way to make my relationship with the Razuka better?
-What does it take to kill Milano and the Don?
-Is killing the two my only way to obtain the AD, now?
-Thank you for your help.

You can stay away from the Don until you're a higher level. You can get the AD from them when you kill them, you don't have to be friends with them.
