can some one please tell me how many runes there are for the northern retro that is how many trees ?

Six runes for each of the three retro dungeons. The northern wilderness runes are extremely spread out, though.

the runes are all on pine trees running in a straightish line from the receptacle to the island in the small pond. The spacing interval increases after each rune. They all lead to the same dungeon anyway, I think.
