I've been futzing around AP with my last party trying to reach level 50, and I'm just curious about the above creature which i've seen in a couple of sites' monster lists (including the one in the Top Ten forum here). Since I've fought just about everything else (just saw my first Armegazer today), I'm wondering whether this one actually exists or if it's just some unused boss monster that didn't make it into the game. The stats on it supposedly make it the highest EXP of any monster (gives over 7 million) even though it's "only" level 47. Has anyone actually seen one? It's supposed to be of the "flying serpent" type.

Haven't seen one, but it's named after some feathered Mayan god.

perhaps in one of the retro dungeons... some creatures live there that you can't encounter anywhere else.
