I don't know if I'm missing something obvious or not, but after I get my level three Umpani pass and go in the big important looking building, my pass becomes useless. I can't activate the lift, because the lift tells me to show my ID to EWAXX. EWAXX then tells my that I need a level 5 clearance.
Am I doing something wrong? Has anybody else experienced this?

Or, as an alternative, can somebody just tell me how to find Sgt. Rubble?
