Hi, i have 6member party+Vi at level 14-16. Now I dont know what to do because both Bayjin and Mountain Wilderness are too tough, Rapax probably too. Where should I level up my characters?
And the second question, could you tell me where can I find some good swords, bows and armor?

There are plenty of areas outside of Bayjin and Mtn Wilderness (like the swamp, s.e. wildereness, wilderness clearing, nime tunnels, lower marten's bluff, marten's bluff, the many levels of Trynton, Umpani compound and caves, the retro dungeons ...)

And if an area if too hard, you may still want to pass through it, avoiding battles, to find good loot (like S.E. Wilderness).
