"stamina drain for fighters"

I have a couple of fighters and they seem to lose stamina at much different rates. Does the wieght of the weapon affect how much stamina you get drained. My fighter with the 18 pound polearm loses stamina quickly and at the end of ten rounds is ko'd. My fighter with the 6 pound sword never has a stamina problem.

1. Weight of weapon and overall weight carried.
2. Vitality, the more you have of it the more stamina you have and the slower it drains.

Stamina is also affected by strength and piety.
