I've got two questions.....

First, I got the Rapax Queen's door open and she's just wandering around in her cell/cave. Is there something else I'm supposed to do with her? I tried recruiting her and she wouldn't come.

Second, now that I've got the Umpani and T'Rang on friendly terms with one another, I've gone to Mt. Gigas Peak up on the flight deck to try and shoot down the Dark Savant's ship. I've got the T'Rang Tracking device and I'm not sure what or where I supposed to use it. I've tried using it up on the radar station but I either get the "enter control code" or "on second thought, you decide to keep this item for later message". What am I missing?

Rapax Queen seems to be a broken quest ... all you can do is oopen her cell (and kill her for EXP points, if you want).

Whenever you are trying to use something and it says "On second thought ...." it means you are not close enough to the "hot spot" and the game thinks you are trying to drop the item. If that is not the answer here, I think this question was asked and answered recently (in this forum).

I'm still stuck!! I've gone up to the top of Mt. Gigas, walked by the first "missle launcher", down the runway to the observatory and the other "missle launcher" that has a button on it. It gives the cordinates of the Savant ship and says that the hit probability is 98% but no chance of damaging due to shields. Is this where I use the T'Rang tracking device or am I in the wrong spot??

I think the one that says you have no chance of damaging is targetting the T'rang ship NOT the dark savant's ship. The first missile is the one to use. You get really close to the panel and use the tracking device. When it asks you for the control code, you punch in the coordinates that you learned from arnika on one of Zant's quests.

Not quite. Touch the tracking device to the screen and warch the missle fly.
