Cast some elementals to distract him, then just pound on him for 6-10 rounds. Use Missile Shield and Haste too.

Peewee was a joke for me. I play with some strange characters though. I have two bishops so right off I summoned 2 elementals. The next round my bard hastes, my gadgeteer does superman on one of the elementals, my valkerie does guardian angel, one bishop throws up bless, the other does missile shield, etc etc. You get the picture. I actually never had to hit peewee, my two elementals killed him for me while I hid behind their bulk and casted buffing spells. He would be even easier if you can manuever around your elementals and pound him too.
