It is one of the items that while included in the original game design , did NOT, I repeat DID NOT make it into the final version of the game. FYI other items in this category include ELECTRIC EYE, DEVIL DOLL, and LOUDSPEAKER. Hope this clears up the misinformation you possess.

Well, that's retarded, because it made it into the official strategy guide, and I spent 3 days looking around for it, just so I could construct the electro-shocker. I have a bishop who can resurrect, but sure would have been nice to have two characters capable. In time, my lord and Vi would be able, but I liked the idea of the electro-shocker. Too bad...
