I broke into the vault through the hole in the floor of that one cell. I even picked the lock on the safe but all I see is the elevator to upstairs and there is nothing up there. All there is is in the room is a teleporter where can I break into peoples bank vaults? I have annas card and the rapaz guys access card where do I use it? Thanks for any help?

if you show one of those 3 cards to the office woman (in the bank) she opens one door, then you can take the elevator down and youll find some stuff.
does anybody know how to finish rattus rattuss quest? and where can you find him then?

Is there any reason to re-rob the bank? I went into the vault through the prison floor. Now Rattuss wants me to rob it again. Can I just go back and tell him that I did it already? Does he continue to speak to me if I don't do the job? or tell him I won't?
