Have any of you played any of the other Wizardry games? I played Wizardry 6 and 7. I hated Wizardry 7. It was extremly hard and cofusing. I thought that were way to many puzzles and that they were just plain stupid. I think that Wizardry 8 is the easiest of the seris. It's my second favourite Wizardry game (after Wizardry 6) So how do you guys compare this with other games? This is about my 10th favourite game. my favourite games are: Warcraft 2 and Age of Empires 2 and Mech Warrior. Any good tips
for Wizardry are welcome too.

I find your comments about W7 interesting. It is rare to hear the words "extremely hard" and "stupid" used to describe the game.I will agree that there were a couple puzzles that were over the top. The word "coins" comes to mind. The other puzzles with the maps seem to be OK by me. I would say that the game is difficult in some areas but on the other hand, some of that programed difficulty is what give the game great replay value.
I hope you get the opportunity to play W7 again and try a different party or use different strategies.
