I'm playing with a ninja fairy and i killed don barlone. And... NO CANE OF CORPUS!!!

I then killed him with my ninja dead and it happened the same.

THEN, i put my ninja up one level as another class (a thief) and when i killed barlone he finally had the Cane of Corpus...

This is a bug?

ANOTHER QUESTION:
Is there any shield for ninja fairies?

The Cane of Corpus is a random drop. I'd say in my attempts of getting it off of him I got the cane 60-70% of the time. Just reload and try again if you don't get it. It's all luck, more than half of the challenge of this game is luck. Happy gaming.

I dont think the cane is a random drop. Everytime i defeated barlone without a ninja in the team i got the cane...

It is definatly a random drop. I would agree that it is about 70-80%.

BTW, I don't think there are any shields a Faerie can use.
