Lord Brafftt sells them sometine. If your Alchemy skill is high enough you can make your own. Plus there rwo p;aces that will cure you on a limited basis and last you can ftnd them in varioua xpots.

Merge a Heavy Heal potion with a Cure Disease to make Renewal potions. Any character that has 50 points in Alchemy can merge these 2 potions to make the Renewal.

If you don't have or can't buy the Cure Disease potions. Merge Heavy Heal with Cure Lesser Condition to make Cure Disease then use the Cure Disease to make the Renewal potions.
