umm... what if i destroyed the t'rang ship? Is this going to be a problem? The Umpani & T'rang prisioners just keep threatening me, so have I done something wrong? And what do I do now?

If you complete either of the opposition's last quest (which is very detrimental to the other side), there can be no alliance.
