I got one after I killed everyone in Rapax Castle, i.e. after coming back from the Away Camp. I think it was somewhere upstairs. I don't think the MirrorArmor is worth it though... it seems like the Golden Breastplate you can get at Ferro's is the better thing to wear for a fighter.
