i have been searching for brekek in the swamp for quite a while now... does he move around and do i just have to luckily stumble upon him, or is he always in 1 place. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

He's always in one place. It's a large, round shallow pool of water in a corner of the swamp.

You may have been there before, he won't show up til you get the quest. It is below (south) of the mine tunnels entrance, on the east side.
